Steamed Fish Slices With Garlic
Ingredients
1 red tilapia (or 300g white fish fillet)
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 tbsp chopped spring onion
Seasonings 1
2 tsps wine
2 tsps dark soy sauce
1/4 tsp salt
3 tbsps water
Seasonings 2
1 tbsp light soy sauce
dash of pepper
2 tbsps water
1 tbsp oil
Method
1) Clean and pat fish dry. Cut off the fillet from both sides and slant cut into slices, place on a plate.
2) Mix well minced garlic and seasonings 1, drizzle on the fish slices and steam for 5 minutes. Remove and scatter chopped spring onion on top.
3) Bring seasonings 2 to a boil and pour onto the fish slices.
