Berry Kick-Start
Agave syrup and brown rice syrup can be used instead of honey. Agave syrup is naturally sweeter than honey. Brown rice syrup has a mild caramel flavour and is similar to maple syrup.
This energizing, gorgeous-looking smoothie is chock full of fresh berries and is a delicious and healthy way to kick-start your day.
Ingredients: -
175g / 6oz blueberries
115g / 4oz cranberries
150ml / 5fl oz natural yogurt
2 tsp clear honey
4 tbsp chilled water
1) Put the blueberries and cranberries into a blender and blend.
2) Add the yogurt, honey and water and blend again until smooth.
3) Pour into a glass and serve.
