Mango-Avocado Salsa

Makes about 3 cups
1 ripe avocado, pitted and cut into small cubes
1 ripe mango, pitted and cut into small cubes
1/2 cup minced red bell pepper
1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and diced
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh cilantro
1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh parsley
1 teaspoon coconut sugar
Method:
Combine all of the ingredients in a medium bowl and stir well. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
