Stir-fried Snow Peas with Chicken Meat

Serving Size: 1 pax

Ingredients:

120g Chicken meat (skinless and boneless)

20g Carrot (sliced)

15g Ginger (sliced)

2 garlic clove (sliced)

15g Onions (cube)

40g snow peas

60g black fungus (julienne)

5g oyster sauce

2g soy sauce

3g corn flour

10g cooking oil

Water 50 ml

Cooking Method:

  1. Heat cooking oil in a pan. Sautee the garlic, onion and ginger in the pan until golden brown colour.

  2. Add in chicken thigh and stir-fry together with the ingredients above.

  3. Add in snow peas and black fungus, carrot and stir-fry.

  4. Add in water, oyster sauce, soy sauce and stir-fry until well mixed.

  5. Simmer the chicken until cooked.
